摘    要:为满足城市桥梁维修加固的美观与可持续发展需求,新型铝合金防撞护栏成为一种新颖形式,为保证其具备足够的安全性能,需对其安全性能进行综合评价。本文以某实际工程为背景,以原传统型钢护栏为基础,提出了采用不同立柱间距的两种新型铝合金防撞护栏方案,通过理论分析、数值模拟相结合的方法对栏杆、立柱及基础螺栓在汽车碰撞荷载下的承载能力、使用性能进行了综合评价。研究结论表明:1m立柱间距的新型铝合金护栏可以替代传统的型钢结构护栏,具有安全性保障。可见本文研究成果可为铝合金安全护栏的推广应用提供技术支持。

Abstract:In order to meet the aesthetic and sustainable development requirements of urban bridge repair and reinforcement, the new aluminum alloy anti-collision guardrail has become a novel form. To ensure its sufficient safety performance, comprehensive evaluation of its safety performance is required. Based on the actual engineering background and based on the original traditional steel guardrail, this paper proposes two new aluminum alloy anti-collision guardrail schemes with different column spacings. The theoretical analysis and numerical simulation combine the railings, columns and foundation bolts. The bearing capacity and performance of the vehicle under the collision load were comprehensively evaluated. The research conclusions show that the new aluminum alloy guardrail with 1m column spacing can replace the traditional steel structure guardrail and has safety guarantee. It can be seen that the research results of this paper can provide technical support for the promotion and application of aluminum alloy safety fences.
