酸处理铣刨料用于水泥稳定再生集料基层的性能

摘    要:基层铣刨料的再生利用一直以来是公路工程建设中的难题,而酸处理为提高铣刨料自身性能提供了一种有效的处理方法,将处理后的铣刨料重新应用到基层也变得尤为重要。为了得到酸处理后的铣刨料对水泥稳定混合料基层的性能影响,对酸处理前后铣刨料的各项性能指标进行了试验测定,同时对水泥稳定再生集料进行路用性能试验研究;并铺筑鲁南地区某二级公路基层试验路段。研究结果表明,经0. 1 mol/L盐酸处理的铣刨料其力学与物理性能得到改善。当水泥剂量为3%~7%时,采用酸处理铣刨料所制备的水泥稳定再生集料,其抗压强度、劈裂强度均能满足二级及二级以下公路基层强度要求,可以用作二级及二级以下公路基层集料。采用水泥剂量为5%所铺筑的试验路段,公路通车3个月后并未发现明显的裂缝。

Abstract:The recycling of milling materials has always been a difficult problem in the construction of highway engineering, and acid treatment was provided an effective treatment method for improving the performance of milling materials. It was also important to reapply the treated milling materials to the base layer. In order to obtain the effect of milling material after acid treatment on the performance of cement stabilized mixture base, the properties of milling materials before acid treatment and after acid treatment were tested, and the road performance test of the cement stabilized recycled aggregate was carried out. A secondary road in Lunan area was used as a test section to carry out the paving of the grassroots. The results show that the mechanical and physical properties of the milled material treated with 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid were improved. When the cement dosage is 3% - 7%, the compressive strength and splitting strength of cement stabilized recycled aggregate can meet the strength requirements of the second grade and lower grade highway base. No obvious cracks were found on the highway after 3 months of opening to traffic when the test section paved with cement dosage of 5%.
