基于CRITIC-模糊综合分析法的山区公路风险管理

摘    要:为合理评估山区公路交通安全风险等级,制定安全风险管理对策,有效使用道路安全保障资金,采用CRITIC(criteria importance though intercrieria correlation)方法计算各指标权重,建立基于模糊综合分析法的道路风险评估模型。结合贵州省兴义市山区公路交通安全现状,从道路因素、天气因素、交通运行、交通设施等四个方面进行数据采集并分析评估公路各路段安全风险等级。在分级结果上,对不同风险等级的路段采取相应交通安全改善措施,以提高山区公路风险管理水平与交通安全水平。

Abstract:In order to reasonably evaluate the risk level of highway traffic safety in mountainous areas, formulate safety risk management countermeasures and effectively use road safety guarantee funds, the weight of each index is calculated by CRITIC (Criteria Importance Although Intercrieria Association) method, and a road risk assessment model based on fuzzy comprehensive analysis method is established. Combining with the present situation of highway traffic safety in mountainous areas of Xingyi City, Guizhou Province, data collection is carried out from four aspects: road factors, weather factors, traffic operation and traffic facilities, and safety risk grade of each section of highway is analyzed and evaluated. In order to improve the risk management level and traffic safety level of highway in mountainous areas, the corresponding traffic safety improvement measures should be taken for different risk grade sections.
