摘    要:针对目前配网供电可靠性差、配网电压互感器停电检修困难、无法进行带电更换的问题,首先在MATLABH/Simulink平台下建立了考虑非线性电感和非线性电阻的饱和电压互感器模型。对电压互感器带电接入电磁暂态过程进行仿真的基础上,提出串联阻尼电阻减小电磁暂态过程中励磁涌流的方法。根据仿真优化结果,对配网用电压互感器带电更换装置进行结构设计,并在现场运行条件下实现电压互感器的带电更换。

Abstract:In order to solve the difficult problem of replacing voltage transformer of distribution network in live, this paper established a saturated voltage transformer model considering nonlinear inductance and nonlinear resistance under matlab/simulink platform firstly. Simulated the electromagnetic transient process of voltage transformer of accessing to the power system in live, and proposed the method of reducing the magnetizing inrush current by damping resistor. Finally, designed the structure of the live replacement voltage transformer and realized live replacement of voltage transformer under field operating conditions.
