基于嵌入式的航空发动机监控模块设计

摘    要:为了航空发动机安全可靠地运行,需要对其进行故障监控,及时消除故障;探讨了嵌入式操作系统的移植,并应用到航空发动机故障监控上;利用小波分析方法来实现对故障信号特征的提取.基于小波去噪原理,通过选取适当的小波函数,对故障信号进行分析和处理.通过对航空发动机喘振故障实际测量数据的分析,表明该模块可以监控喘振故障的发生.经过多组喘振故障数据试验证明试验结果满意,对航空发动机喘振故障的实时监控有重要意义,具有良好的应用前景.

Abstract:In order to make the Aero-engine run safely and reliably, fault diagnosis of it is needed. The paper introduces how to port the embedded operating system which is used to Aero-engine Fault Diagnostics Wavelet analysis is used to extract the characteristic of signal. Signal Analysis is analyzed and processed by selecting the suitable wavelet function on the basis of the principle of wavelet denoising. Through analyzing the engine surge actual measurement data, it can forecast fault. It has made very pleased result through experiment of lots of data and it is important to real time detecting of fault, and it has good prospects.
