旋流式混合器对油管掺稀降粘效果影响的数值模拟

摘    要:利用FLUENT软件对油管掺稀降粘工艺中安装井下旋流式混合器时稀油与稠油的混合效果进行了数值模拟,并与不加混合器时的混合效果进行了对比。结果表明:井下混合器有助于提高稀油与稠油的混合均匀程度,使得降粘效果得到明显改善;随着举升高度的增加,有混合器时稠油与稀油混合达到均匀也较快;掺稀比越大,降粘效果越好,但混合的均匀程度并没有随着掺稀比的增大而进一步得到改善。

Abstract:Numerical simulation of effect of blending dilute oil is carried out with FLUENT software under the condition of swirl mixer installed in the downhole, and the blending effect is contrasted with the conventional blending diluting oil technology without mixer. Results show that the swirl mixer is helpful to enhance the effect of mixing, which prompts the decline of viscosity. The effect of mixing between heavy oil and light oil is more fully when the mixer is installed. The more light oil is injected, the better effect of reducing viscosity, but the uniformity is hardly improved even injecting more light oil.
