摘    要:给出了锅炉纤维喷涂保温结构的干燥方案,对其传热环节进行了分析。分析了现有干燥计算模型,并指出现有干燥模型的局限性。提出考虑纤维喷涂保温结构内部导热热阻的干燥时间的计算方法。通过该模型计算结果,总结了空气温度和保温厚度与干燥时间之间的关系。并通过室内试验,验证了该计算方法用于计算纤维喷涂保温结构干燥时间的可行性。

Abstract:Drying scheme of aluminum silicate spray insulation structure of boilers is given in this paper. The heat transfer of this structure is analysed. The limitations of existing drying computation models is pointed out. A method considering thermal resistance to calculate drying time of fibre spray insulation structure is propounded. The relation between drying time and air temperature, insulation thickness is summarized. At last, this drying time calculation method of aluminum silicate spray insulation structure was validated by indoor test.
