| 摘 要： | 为了能够快速准确制定工时定额,通过对制造企业影响机械加工工序工时消耗数据的分析;并利用一种根据影响工时定额因素的相似工序分类成组方法,使用工序信息编码系统描述回转体零件工序的相似性特征,提出利用粗糙集理论与方法处理工艺数据以获得各相似性特征对工时定额的影响程度。通过对零件各参数特征的权重值分析,得出该方法计算出来的数据是可行和有效的。

| Abstract: | In order to calculate man-hour quota quickly and accurately, a classification method is used based on analyzing the consumption data affecting the machining process of working hours. The method calculates the similar values of processes. The similar characteristics of rotary part processes are given using process information coding system. It is proposed that each similarity of characteristics affecting man-hour quota will be gotten using Rough Set method to mine process data. The method is verified usefully and accurately using an example by analyzing theSweight value of characteristic parameters. |
