圆柱正弦活齿传动接触力影响因素分析

摘    要:基于弹性小变形和变形协调方程假设建立了理论状态下的啮合副接触力分析模型,利用牛顿法求解了力学方程。对圆柱正弦活齿传动结构分析,发现了4个主要结构参数,分析了这4个参数单独变化时,啮合副接触力大小和周期的变化规律;总结这些变化规律,归纳出在一定传动比的条件下,圆柱正弦活齿传动结构设计的一般设计准则。利用分析结果可以设计出结构比较优化的圆柱正弦活齿传动机构。

Abstract:Based on the hypothesis of stretch small distortion and distortion congruity, the analysis model of contact force for the engagement pair under theoretical conditions are proposed, andnewton method is used to solve the mechanical equations. The four main structure parameters are found by structure analysis of cylinder sine oscillation tooth transmission. The change law of contact force and cycle for the engagement pair are analyzed while the four parameters are changed alone. The general design criteria of cylinder sine oscillation tooth transmission are concluded under the condition of a certain ratio by summing up the change law. These analysis results can be used to design cylinder sine oscillation tooth transmission whose structure is more optimized.
