混凝土箱梁顶板纵向裂缝机理分析

摘    要:推导了箱梁顶板横向温差应力的理论计算公式,得出箱梁横向自约束应力与框架约束应力沿顶板厚度分布规律及其随温差变化规律;同时提出"主动"降低温差以减小横向温差应力防止顶板开裂的思路。经实例计算表明:"主动"降低温差可显著减小箱梁顶板横向温差应力,从而有效避免顶板纵向开裂。

Abstract:This paper deduced the theory calculation formula of transverse temperature stress on the box girder roof, And concluded the distribution regularity of transverse self-restraint stress and framework constraint stress along the thickness of the box girder roof; And then put forward the idea by "initiatively" lowering the temperature difference to minimize transverse temperature stress and prevent the roof to crack. the example calculation shows that: the transverse temperature stress of box girder roof can be effectively reduced by decreasing the temperature difference, thus effectively avoid roof longitudinal cracks.
