抗氧剂壬基二苯胺的制备及性能研究

摘    要:以自制的选择性固体酸为催化剂,采用二苯胺和1-壬烯为原料制备了壬基二苯胺抗氧剂(NDPA),并研究了其合成工艺。结果表明:通过选择不同的固体酸催化剂,在最优工艺条件下,二苯胺的转化率达99.60%,单取代壬基二苯胺(M-NDPA)的质量分数为30.35%。使用压力差式扫描量热法测定了壬基二苯胺的抗氧化性,结果表明所合成的产物在Ⅰ类基础油150SN、Ⅱ类基础油150N和Ⅳ类基础油PAO中均具有很好的耐受性。使用热重分析(TG)测试了该产物的热稳定性,结果表明该抗氧剂具有优异的热稳定性能。

Abstract:Nonyl-diphenylamine (NDPA) antioxidant was prepared from the reacton of diphenylamine and 1-nonene with self-made selective solid acid as catalyst, synthesis route was investigated. The results showed that the conversion ratio of diphenylamine was 99.60% and the mass percent concentration of mono-nonyl-diphenylamine (M-NDPA) in the product was 30.35% under the optimum conditions by using different solid acid catalysts. The antioxidant properties of the product were tested by using the pressure differential scanning calorimetry (PDSC). The results indicated that the the product showed excellent antioxidant properties in base oil 150SN, 150SN and PAO. The thermal stability of the product was tested by thermal stability analyzer (TG), The results showed that the antioxidant has good thermal stability.
