食酸戴尔福特菌USTB04生物降解微囊藻毒素的活性研究

摘    要:云南滇池底泥中筛选了1株能够降解做囊藻毒素(Microcystins,MCs)的微生物纯菌种,经中国科学院微生物研究所鉴定为食酸戴尔福特菌USTB04(Delftia acidovorans),该菌能在2d时间内将初始浓度分别为90.2mg/L和39.6mg/L的MC-RR和LR全部降解,日均降解能力分别达到45.1mg/L和19.8mg/L。进一步活性研究显示,添加外源含碳和含氮化合物虽然可以促进该菌的生长.但对MCs的降解过程没有明显的促进作用。各为1mg/L浓度下,金属离子Cu^2+、Mn^2+和Zn^2+均对该菌降解MCs的过程没有明屁的促进作用,其中Cu^2+还有一定的抑制效应。本研究对于丰富MCs生物降解理论以及去除水体中MCs的应用都具有重要意义。

Abstract:A promising bacterial strain that has a strong ability in the bildegradation of micrlcystins(MCs)was isolated from the sediments of Dianchi Lake and identified as Delftia acidovorans by The Instiute of Mictobiology, Chinese Academy of Science. MC-RRand LRat initial concentrations of 92.8 mg/L and 40.6 mg/L were completely biodegaded by D. acidovorans in 3 days and the average biodegradation rates of MC-RR and LR per day were 46.4 mg/L and 20.3 mg/L, respectively. It was showed that the growth of D. acidovorans was pronoted however the biodegradation of MCs could mnot be improved in the presences of other carbon and nitrogen containing compounds. Itwas also indicated that the biodegradation of MCs could not be accelerated with mtal ions of Cu2 , Mn2 and Zn2 . This research was very important in both the basic biodegradation and the application in the trestment of MCs in water body.
