制动鼓瞬态温度场有限元分析

摘    要:利用有限元分析软件ANSYS8.1建立了制动鼓的三维有限元模型,对紧急制动工况下制动鼓的瞬态温度场进行分析计算,揭示出紧急制动工况下制动鼓内部温度场分布规律,以及制动过程中制动鼓内部温度随时间变化规律,可为进一步研究制动效能恒定以及客车制动器设计提供参考。

Abstract:A three-dimensional finite element model of a drum brake was built with finite element analysis tool ANSYS 8.1,unstready state heat transfer analysis has been performed in the case of single emergency braking condition, The temperature distribuation and temperature history of drum in the course of braking were obtained by the finite element analysis, and all the results can offer references for the further reach of brake efficiency and design of brake drum system.
