白鹤滩库区王家山滑坡蓄水涌浪风险评价

摘    要:水库滑坡引发涌浪是山区水库的重要灾害风险源之一。通过岩土工程勘察和InSAR形变分析,查明了白鹤滩库区王家山滑坡基本特征。采用数值模拟分析研究了王家山滑坡的稳定性,定量分析了王家山滑坡失稳涌浪风险。分析结果表明:王家山滑坡天然工况处于基本稳定状态,暴雨工况处于欠稳定状态,蓄水825m或地震工况以及蓄水+暴雨工况下处于不稳定状态,有发生整体滑动破坏的可能;当水库蓄水至785m时,王家山滑坡可能会发生整体失稳破坏,但产生涌浪对象鼻岭移民安置点基本无影响。在暴雨+蓄水825m工况下失稳破坏,最大入水速度约7.44m/s,将在象鼻岭移民安置点处产生高度约3.52m涌浪;蓄水+地震工况下,移民安置点的涌浪高度还会更大。可见,王家山滑坡在825m水位发生整体失稳破坏时,移民安置点遭受涌浪危害影响问题是存在的。应对象鼻岭移民安置点采取相应的防浪措施,或对王家山滑坡进行工程治理,以消除涌浪影响,保证移民安置点安全。

Abstract:Reservoir landslide triggering surge is one of the important disaster risk sources of mountain reservoirs. Through geotechnical investigation and InSAR deformation analysis, the characteristics of the Wangjiashan landslide in the Baihetan reservoir area were identified. The stability of the Wangjiashan landslide was studied by numerical simulation analysis, and the risk of destabilizing surge on the Wangjiashan landslide was quantitatively analyzed. The analysis results show that: the natural condition of Wangjiashan landslide is in basic stability condition, and the storm condition is in less stable condition, the water storage 825m or earthquake condition and water storage & storm condition is in unstable condition, there is the possibility of overall sliding damage; when the reservoir storage to 785m, Wangjiashan landslide may occur overall destabilization damage, but the generation of surge waves to the object of the nose ridge resettlement site no effect. In the case of instability damage under heavy rain & storage 825m, the maximum inlet velocity is about 7.44m/s, which will produce a surge height of about 3.52m at the immigrant settlement site of Xiangbiling; under storage & earthquake conditions, the surge height of the immigrant settlement site will be even greater. It can be seen that when the overall destabilization damage occurs in the Wangjiashan landslide at 825m water level, the residential site suffers from the impact of surge hazard. It should take corresponding wave prevention measures for the immigrant settlement site of Shibiling or carry out engineering treatment for the landslide of Wangjiashan to eliminate the influence of surges and ensure the immigrant settlement site''s safety.
