摩擦软钢节点阻尼器抗震及抗倒塌性能

摘    要:依据传统钢梁柱节点提出了新型摩擦软钢双重耗能节点阻尼器,该阻尼器能够将中屈服点软钢屈服耗能和钢板摩擦耗能相结合进而提高节点的抗震及抗倒塌性能.为提高计算效率采用多尺度建模方法进行有限元建模,节点核心区采用精细化建模方式,非节点核心区梁柱部分采用非线性梁单元,针对梁柱钢节点及其平面框架结构进行抗震性能分析.结果表明:在梁柱节点增设节点阻尼器可有效提高梁柱节点的承载力和耗能能力,并吸收外部输入能量,降低结构构件的破坏水平.同时,基于抽柱法将该新型节点应用于平面钢框架结构的静力Pushdown分析和非线性动力时程分析,分析结果表明:在增设该阻尼器后,可以有效降低构件失效点位移,进而提高结构的抗倒塌性能.

Abstract:Based on the traditional steel beam column joints, a new type of friction mild steel double energy dissipation joint damper was proposed. The damper can combine the yield energy of mild steel at the middle yield point with the friction energy of steel plate to improve the seismic and collapse resistance of the joint. In order to improve the calculation efficiency, the multi-scale modeling method was used for finite element modeling. The joint core area adopts refined modeling method, and the non-joint core area beam-column part uses nonlinear beam elements. The seismic performance analysis of beam-column steel joints and its plane frame structure. The results show that the adding a joint damper to the beam-column joint can effectively improve the bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity of the beam-column joint, and absorb external input energy to reduce the damage level of structural members. At the same time, this article applies the new type of joint to the static pushdown analysis and nonlinear dynamic time history analysis of the plane steel frame structure based on the column removal method. The results show that the failure point displacement can be reduced effectively and the collapse resistance of the structure can be improved by adding the damper.
