外控电位浮选设备中电极过程的电压分布

摘    要:通过对电控浮选设备和冶金电化学反应设备电极反应过程的对比分析,得到了外控电位浮选设备中电极间的槽电压分布规律。由于电控浮选设备中必须为矿物颗粒的浮选提供合适的气泡和通道,提高电挖浮选设备的效率只能通过选择合适的电极材料来实现,这也是外加电位控制远远大于理论要求的矿浆电位控制值的原因。

Abstract:According to the versus analysis of electrode reaction process between potential-controlled floatation equipment and metallurgical electrochemistry reaction unit, the distribution regularities of cell voltage among the electrodes of extra-potential-controlled floatation equipment has been achieved . Since the potential-controlled floatation equipment must provide suitable bubbles and channels for the flotation of mineral. The improvements of potential -controlled flotation equipment's efficiency have no choice but to choose an appropriate electrode material, In theory, this is the reason why the extra potential is more greater than the pulp potential.
