基于病害发展演化机理的水泥混凝土路面预防性养护对策研究

由于混凝土路面病害发展规律有其自身特点,现有预防性养护理论难以直接指导混凝土路面的预防性养护。系统分析了混凝土路面各阶段典型病害的发展演化机理,指出混凝土路面病害遵循由轻到重、由接缝料破损等非结构性病害到板块断裂的结构性破坏转变。基于此规律,有针对性地提出了延缓病害转化的三个关键时期的养护维修对策和实施时机的选择方法。并以湖南省益常高速公路调研数据进行各养护维修对策的费用效果比排序。说明及时实施预防性养护对策能大大提高养护效益,提高路面使用寿命。
