渤海地区简易防砂综合优选方法研究与应用

摘    要:常规的防砂方式选择方法主要考虑地层砂的粒度、不均匀系数和泥质含量,对于其他因素考虑欠缺,而且多靠经验判断。调研了渤海地区简易防砂方法及防砂效果,通过对渤海地区典型油田数百口防砂井的地层参数及防砂方法进行统计分析,完善了影响简易防砂方式选择的影响因素,综合多个影响参数建立了简易防砂方法优选评价模型,得到了针对不同地层、流体参数及井型的简易防砂方法的综合评价指标。结合各油田简易防砂的防砂效果,得到综合评价指标的临界值,为渤海地区各油田防砂方法的选择提供参考。

Abstract:Conventional sand mode selection method is mainly considered medium sand size, uniformity coefficient and fine sand content, lack of other factors to consider and many rely on experience to judge. In this paper, through the formation parameters,fluid parameters, well type and sand control method statistics, clay content, oil viscosity and well type are considered for SAS sand control selection. A comprehensive evaluation method is build considering with all factors, SAS sand control method and sand control effects of Bohai Bay have been researched, the comprehensive evaluation index critical value is found to give sand control method selection reference.
