摘    要:海洋叶绿素的反演在海洋-大气系统的碳循环、赤潮灾害监测等方面具有重要意义。选择南海乐东县作为研究区,基于MODIS 250 m分辨率数据,将MODIS水色产品数据集和南海实测数据集作为实测值数据集分别建立二波段比值、植被指数NDVI以及逐步回归模型,反演研究区的叶绿素浓度。结果显示,基于南海实测数据集建立的反演模型精度普遍较高,R~2值都达到0.7以上,其中逐步回归模型精度最高,R~2值达到0.778 3。反演结果表明,在实测值支持下,MODIS高分辨率数据在叶绿素反演方面能够达到较好的反演效果,同时也提高了在MODIS数据使用方面的空间反演精度,证明MODIS高分辨率数据在海洋叶绿素反演方面能得到较好的应用。

Abstract:Inversion of ocean chlorophyll has important significance in the aspects of the carbon cycle of ocean-atmosphere system and the monitoring of the red tide. The Ledong County in the South China Sea as the study area, based on MODIS 250 m resolution data, two-band ratio, vegetation index (NDVI) and stepwise regression model were set up respectively based on MODIS aqua products data set and the South China Sea measured value data set, inverse chlorophyll concentration in the study area. The results show that the inversion models which established based on the measured value data set of the South China Sea are generally have high precision, and R2 values have reached more than 0.7, among them, the stepwise regression model accuracy is the highest, R2 value reaches 0.7783. Inversion results show that the MODIS high resolution data under the auspices of the measured values can achieve better retrieval result, while enhancing the spatial inversion accuracy on the use of MODIS data, proven high resolution data of MODIS in the field of marine chlorophyll retrieval can get better application.
