油气弹簧台架试验中的数据处理

摘    要:基于最小二乘法原理,阐述了间隔离散点数据的多项式拟合方法,探讨了相应函数模型及其具体应用.结合油气弹簧台架试验,应用MATLAB软件对试验数据进行了处理,拟合出了精度较高的刚度特性曲线、示功图和速度特性曲线,表明该方法原理简便可行.模型易用MATLAB求解,可用于指导油气弹簧的设计.

Abstract:Based on the least-square principle, the polynomial fitting method of interval discrete data is elaborated, the corresponding function model and the application of the method are discussed. Combined with the bench test of oil-gas spring, the stiffness curve, the indicator diagram and the velocity characteristics curve with good fitting of precision and location are obtained by using the software MATLAB. The results show that the proposed principle is simple and feasible, the corresponding function model can be easily solved by using existing software MAT- LAB, and can guide the design of oil-gas spring.
