基于ADAMS的麦弗逊悬架运动学优化

摘    要:悬架运动学的优化是汽车底盘开发中的重要内容,目前商用动力学软件并没有专门针对悬架运动学的优化方法,多采用试凑法或实验设计方法。本文应用Adams/ Insight 工具进行灵敏度分析并确定适当的硬点坐标为优化变量。选用一种适合悬架运动学优化的牛顿迭代法对优化变量进行优化。该方法能快速的找出所需调整的设计变量,并快速有效的找到最优解,适合多目标优化。针对某样车前麦弗逊悬架前束角及外倾角存在的问题,应用该方法对目标函数影响较大的硬点坐标值进行优化,仿真结果表明:该麦弗逊悬架的运动学性能得到了有效改善。

Abstract:The optimization of vehicle suspension kinematics is an important part to the chassis development.The current business dynamic software had not suitable optimization algorithm for suspension kinematics,and trial-and-error or experimental design method was used for it mostly.Adams/Insight tools for sensitivity analysis and determined the appropriate hard points as the optimization variables are used,and then selected Newton iteration method for suspension’s kinematics optimization.This method can quickly identify variables,and efficiently find the optimal solution for multi-objective optimization.Aiming at front McPherson suspension’s problems in toe angle and camber angle,after the optimization,the simulation results show that: the McPherson suspension’s kinematics performance is effectively improved.
