船载测控系统串行总线通信测试方法研究

摘    要:针对目前船载测控系统中RS-422等串行总线通信缺乏有效测试方法的问题,提出了一种基于测控系统内部设备间通信验证的测试方法,即采用设备间的自闭环链路实现收发端口数据互相校验。通过设计相应的测试软件,实施串行通信的误码率测试、控制与响应时延测试、最小发令间隔测试和控制命令拥塞测试,从而定量地评估测控系统串行总线通信性能和质量。实践表明,该测试方法可以有效解决串行通信测试难题,实现低成本高效率的串行通信性能测试。

Abstract:As there is no effective testing method for the serial bus communication such as RS-422 in the shipborne TT C system, a testing method based on the internal communication between the equipments is proposed, this method used self closing link to cross check data from transmitting-receiving port. And then the software was designed to implement testing for the BER, control and response time delay, minimum Intervlal between two commands, congestion of control commands. Assessed the quality and performance of serial bus communication quantitatively throughout TT C system. Practice shows that this method can solve the problem to serial bus communication testing with low cost and high efficiency.
