摘    要:割缝筛管完井是目前国内外出砂地层普遍使用的一种完井方式,随着服役数量和服役年限的增加,筛管失效问题也日益凸显。本文基于弹塑性理论,建立了割缝筛管三维参数化FEM模型,研究了在大地围压作用下筛管的缝长、缝间距、周缝数对筛管强度和过流能力(生产能力)的影响规律。试验选用三因素两水平的响应曲面分析法,得出了高应力区域体积和过流面积二次多项式数学模型。结果表明:缝长与高应力区域体积和过流面积成正比;周缝数与高应力区域体积成反比,与过流面积成正比;缝间距与高应力区域体积和过流面积成反比。在限定条件下,布缝参数选择缝长小于70 mm、缝间距大于15 mm,周缝数大于60条,可同时获得较强的力学性能和较好的过流能力。研究结果为优化割缝筛管布缝参数提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Slotted liner completion is a well completion method that is widely used in sand formations at home and abroad. With the increase of service quantity and service life, the problem of screen failure becomes more and more prominent. Based on the theory of elastic-plasticity, a three-dimensional parameterized FEM model of slotted liner was established in this paper to study the influence law of slot length, slot spacing and circumferential slot number on the strength and flow capacity (production capacity) of slotted liner under the action of earth stress. The response surface analysis method with three factors and two levels was used in the experiment to obtain a quadratic polynomial mathematical model of high stress area volume and flow area. The results show that the slot length is proportional to the high stress area volume and flow area; the circumferential slot number is inversely proportional to the high stress area volume and directly proportional to the flow area; and the slot spacing is inversely proportional to the high stress area volume and flow area. Under limited conditions, when the slot length is less than 70 mm, the slot spacing is greater than 15 mm, and the circumferential slot number is greater than 60, both strong mechanical performance and good flow capacity can be obtained at the same time. The research results provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the stitching parameters of slotted liner.
