多功能冻胀试验系统研制及应用

摘    要:冻结工法广泛应用于各种工程领域中,引起的冻胀融沉问题不容忽视;但传统冻胀试验装置已无法模拟日益发展的冻结工况。研制一台能够反映实际冻结工况的人工冻土多功能冻胀试验系统显得尤为重要。在传统冻胀试验机基础上,拓宽试验温度控制系统可使试样顶部、底部、环境温度任意设定;增加试样测试模具类型可模拟竖向与侧向两种冻胀形式;增加伺服电机驱动系统可实现大应力加载;对试验结构进行模块化可使试验操作简单。通过选择合适的模具与试验边界条件,即可对实际工况冻胀力进行测试。基于本冻胀试验系统,进行了单、双向冻结模式冻胀试验,结果表明冻胀力取值是否合适与试验边界条件选择密切相关,证明本试验系统研制具有重要现实意义。

Abstract:Freezing method is widely used in various engineering fields, but the frost heave and thaw issue can not be ignored. However, the traditional test equipment can not simulate frost frozen conditions currently, so it is particularly important to develop a multifunction artificial frost heave test system to reflect the actual conditions of freeze. On the basis of the traditional heave test equipment, broaden the test temperature control system, to set the sample top, bottom, ambient temperature arbitrarily; Increase the sample test mold type, to simulate the vertical and lateral two kinds of frost forms; Increase the servo motor drive system to loading large stress; And modular the test structure, to make the test operation simple. By selecting a suitable mold and test boundary conditions, can carried out the frost heaving force test of actual working condition. Based on this frost test system, carried out single side and two side frost freeze mode test, the results showed that frost heave force is closely related to the selection of appropriate boundary conditions. The results showed that frost heave force is closely related to the value of the test is appropriate boundary conditions are selected, proved that the system developed has important practical significance.
