低频补偿超宽带TEM喇叭天线的研究与设计

摘    要:设计和仿真了一种组合式的超宽带TEM喇叭天线。通过采用指数渐变的TEM喇叭天线与矩形框的组合形式,扩展了天线的低频截止频率。同时,为了提高高频端天线的增益,对天线口面做圆弧过渡。使用电磁仿真软件CST Microwave Studio进行建模与仿真分析。根据仿真结果制作了天线,在微波暗室内进行测试。结果表明,天线在0.78~20 GHz的频带内反射损耗小于2.5,比带宽达到了25.6∶1,在整个工作频段内平均增益为10 dBi,达到了预期的设计目的。

Abstract:A composite ultra-wideband TEM horn antenna is designed and simulated in this paper. A exponentially gradient TEM horn antenna is combined with a rectangular frame, in order to extend the lowest working frequency. Meanwhile, to enhance the antenna gain in the higher frequency range, a arc transition is adopted at the aperture. Modeling and simulation is carried out with the help of EM simulation software CST Microwave Studio?. According to the simulation results, the antenna prototype is manufactured and tested in the chamber. The results show that VSWR is lower than 2.5 in the frequency range of (0.78-20)GHz, resulting in the bandwidth ratio of 25.6:1. The average gain is 10dBi in the whole frequency range, which meets the prospective requirement.
