蜂窝结构柔性机翼蒙皮变形特性研究

摘    要:对一种蜂窝结构柔性蒙皮进行了研究,基于Y模型分析了蜂窝结构拉伸变形力学特性。通过MSC.Patran/Nastran有限元仿真获得拉伸变形时蜂窝胞壁应力及应变分布。制备了层合板复合材料蜂窝结构蒙皮试件,进行了拉伸实验。结果表明:蒙皮试件倾斜胞壁靠近三个胞壁粘接处最先受到破坏,脱层位置与仿真结论一致,验证了所建立仿真模型的有效性。

Abstract:In the paper, the tensile deformation character of honeycomb flexible skin was analyzed by the Y model. The strain and the stress analysis of the honeycomb cell wall was studied by using MSC.Patran/Nastran. The laminate composite honeycomb skin was prepared for tensile test, the result shows: the tilted cell wall, which was near the junction of other three cell walls, was damaged firstly. The locations of delaminating agree with the results of simulation and proved the validity of the model.
