航空发动机压气机性能衰退影响因子定量分析

摘    要:定量分析压气机性能衰退将能确保航空发动机安全运转与及时换发。针对压气机长期运行引起的叶片积垢及叶尖间隙增大等典型衰退机理,引入衰退因子,从压气机原理角度构建不同转速下叶片积垢和叶尖间隙增大的压气机性能衰退定量分析模型。结果显示:随着转速的增加,两种衰退因子引起的压比和效率误差从16.3%、19.4%下降到4%、5%以内,而两种因素共同作用引起的压比和效率误差从17.6%、21.6%下降到5%、6%以内。对模型计算结果进行相关性分析与实测结果吻合,证明了本模型能较好地模拟压气机的衰退状况,对多转子涡扇发动机的研究具有一定指导意义。

Abstract:It will be able to ensure safe operation and timely replacement of the aircraft engines to quantitatively analyses compressor performance deterioration. According to the blade fouling and the increasing of tip clearance caused by compressor long time operation, we introduced deterioration factor and built the quantitatively analyses model of compressor performance deterioration based on the blade fouling and the increasing of tip clearance under different rotation rate. Results showed that with the increase of rotation rate, the pressure ratio and efficiency errors caused by the two kinds of deterioration factors dropped from 16.3%, 19.4% to less than 4%, 5%; and that caused by combined action of the two kinds of deterioration factors dropped from 17.6%, 21.6% to less than 5%, 6%. The agreement between the correlation analysis of the calculation results and the measured results proved that this model can simulate deterioration of compressor well and has a certain guiding significance to the study of multiple rotor turbofan engines.
