| 摘 要： | 为了提高机械钻速、降低摩阻,动力钻具钻进时常常采用旋转钻井,旋转转速的选择直接影响到钻柱安全工作。依据钻具受力状态,结合钻具材料和钻具结构,确定钻具的有限疲劳寿命,建立了转盘极限转速的计算方法,编制了相应的工程软件。此方法能够应用于斜井、短半径水平井、阶梯水平井等,所计算确定的转盘转速高效可靠,已在大庆油田阶梯水平井设计和施工中得到应用。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the rate of penetration and reduce the friction,rotary drilling is often adopted at using screw drill,while the choice of the rotation speed direcdy affects the safety of drillstring.Based on drilling status,material and structure of drill tools,the fatigue life of the drilling tools is determined and the calculation mediod of maximal rotating speed for turntable is established.The engineering software is compiled and this method can be used in deviated wells,short-radius horizontal well... |
