摘    要:本文结合线性分析法得到的隶属函数和层次分析法得到的权重,建立模糊综合评价判别模型,对判别结果量化处理,以最大隶属度原则确定道路交通状态。最后,选取广州天河区天河北路干道上的路段, 利用GPS浮动车运行数据进行实例分析,验证了判别方法的可行性和实用性。

Abstract:This paper builds up a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model by quantifying the evaluated result, combined with the membership functions from the linear analysis and the weight from AHP. And the road traffic condition is definite by principle of maximum membership degree. Finally, with a case study of road section in Tianhe Northern Artery of Guangzhou Tianhe District and using the data of the GPS equipped float vehicles, the research of this paper is proved practical.
