摘    要:建立一种适合于多种直升机桨毂构型的高精度旋翼结构动力学模型。将几何精确桨叶模型集成到传统的旋翼刚柔耦合动力学模型中去,使得新模型既适用于全铰接式旋翼,又能对先进桨毂构型(无铰式或无轴承)桨叶精确建模。建模过程中不进行阶次截断,不作小量假设。采用有限变形下的Green应变表达式及几何精确的弹性变形运动几何学关系式,推导桨叶应变能、动能以及外载荷虚功。桨叶根部铰约束处的转角分别以三个独立刚体自由度与桨叶弹性变形自由度耦合,依据Hamilton作用量原理建立旋翼刚柔耦合动力学方程。大变形梁与铰接式旋翼桨叶算例验证了模型的有效性与高精度。

Abstract:A new high-precision rotor structural dynamic model for a variety of helicopter hub configuration is established. Based on traditional rotor rigid-flexible coupling model, the geometrically exact beam model is integrated into this model. It can be used to model both full-articulated rotor and the rotor with advanced hub configuration (hingeless or bearingless). During the modeling process, the equations are fully retained without any truncation and small assumptions, using finite Green strain and geometrically exact elastic deformation relationship to deduce the strain energy, kinetic energy and the work by external forces. Taken as three separate degrees of freedom, rotating movements of the blade at hinges are coupled with blade elastic deformations. According to Hamilton principle, the final dynamic equations are established. Various examples demonstrate the effectiveness and accuracy of the model.
