摘 要: | 由天然气水合物堵塞造成的流动安全问题长期困扰着油气生产和集输部门,水合物防聚剂作为一种新型防控方法逐渐受到重视。采用高压蓝宝石反应釜和在线激光粒度测定装置,系统评价了一种复配型水合物防聚剂在油水体系内的防聚性能及与一种降凝剂的配伍性;其次研究了在水合物防聚剂存在条件下,水合物形成过程中颗粒弦长分布变化规律;最后分析了复配型水合物防聚剂在油水体系内的防聚机理。

Experimental Study on the Performance of Compound Hydrate Anti-agglomerant |

Abstract: | The problem of hydrate blockage of pipelines which has plagued for a long time is becoming more and more severe for oil and gas industry. Anti-agglomerant as an alternative method to control gas hydrate plugging has drawn much attention. By using of a high pressure sapphire cell and an online laser particle size measurement device, the anti-agglomerating performance of a new kind of compound hydrate anti-agglomerant and compatibility with one pour-point depressant were experimentally studied. Next, the chord length distribution and mean chord length during the formation of hydrate slurry in oil-gas-water system were determined with the presence of combined anti-agglomearant. Finally, the anti-agglomerating mechanism of combined anti-agglomerant was also studied in this paper. |
