摘    要:角接触球轴承在工作中由于内部各零部件及润滑脂的相互摩擦,导致温度上升,严重影响轴承的使用寿命和性能.针对此问题,以H7008C角接触球轴承为研究对象,考虑滚珠自旋的影响,建立一种适用于高转速脂润滑条件的生热模型及传热模型,得到不同转速下轴承外圈的温升情况;试验测试了不同转速下轴承的外圈温度.研究结果表明:高转速下滚珠自旋摩擦生热量不可忽略,采用此模型比整体法模型计算得到的外圈温度更接近试验温度,且与试验测试温度的误差在9%以内,从而验证了该理论模型预测轴承外圈温升的可行性.

Abstract:The temperature of the angular contact ball bearing increases due to the friction of the internal parts and grease, which seriously affects the service life and performance of the bearing.Aiming at this problem, the H7008C angular contact ball bearing is taken as the research object. Considering the influence of ball spin, a heat generation model and heat transfer model for high-speed grease lubrication are established, and the temperature rise of bearing outer ring is obtained.The outer ring temperature of the bearing under different rotating speed was tested.The results show that the heat generated by ball-spin friction at high rotational speed can not be ignored. And the temperature of outer ring calculated by this model is more accurate to the test temperature than the whole method model. The error of the test temperature is less than 9%. Thus, the feasibility of the theoretical model to predict the temperature rise of bearing outer ring is verified.
