摘    要:为了对混凝土灌注桩超灌高度进行有效控制,基于电阻的超灌监测智能化系统应运而生.通过多组室内试验测得混凝土、水泥浆、泥浆和水4种介质在不同探针间距和不同桩径下的电阻,探究4种介质电阻与探针间距和桩径的关系.在此基础上设计制作了一种便捷的新型标定器,并在施工现场进行了灌注桩试验验证.结果 表明:4种介质电阻均随探针间距的增大而增大,呈一次线性变化趋势;在同一探针间距下,4种介质电阻基本不受桩径影响.可见使用标定器能够较好地的优化标定环节,且通过现场灌注桩试验,配合超灌监测系统能有效控制混凝土灌注高度.

Abstract:In order to effectively control the over filling height of concrete pile, the intelligent system of over filling monitoring based on resistance value came into being.The resistance values of the four media of concrete, cement slurry, mud and water at different probe spacing and different pile diameters were measured through multiple sets of indoor tests, and the relationship between the resistance values of the four media and the probe spacing and pile diameter was explored.On this basis, a new and convenient calibrator is designed and manufactured, and the test of cast-in-place pile is carried out in the construction site. The results show that the values of four kinds of dielectric resistance increase with the increase of probe spacing, showing a linear trend; with the same probe spacing, the values of four kinds of dielectric resistance are basically not affected by the pile diameter. The calibrator can be used to optimize the calibration process, and through the field cast-in-place pile test, combined with the over filling monitoring system can effectively control the concrete pouring height.
