摘    要:当前,住宅高空坠物伤人事件逐渐成为重要的安全隐患,对现有住宅建筑进行防止高空坠物的改造势在必行.随着城市的可持续发展,老旧小区的改造日益成为城市更新的重要环节,而提高人居环境安全性是老旧小区改造的重中之重.结合目前城市老旧小区改造的推广实施,在遵循微改造原则的前提下,提出在建筑外墙上增设外延防护装置以承接高空坠物的解决方案.所设计的防护装置是在建筑外墙上加装由支架模块和钢缆组成的复合承力结构,并在其上覆盖柔性板材.该方案不仅能有效地化解高空坠物所带来的风险,而且具有资金投入少、施工周期短和造型美观协调的优势.

Abstract:There are mainly multi-storey and high-rise residential buildings in China. The falling objects accidents have gradually become the important potential risk of pedestrian. It is imperative to make some renovations to the existing residential buildings for the prevention of the falling objects. With the sustainable urban development, the old community reconstruction plays an important role in urban renewal. Furthermore, improving the safety of the living environment is of paramount importance in urban old community reconstruction. Along with the implementation of the transformation of old community, the solution of a protective device on external walls of buildings was put forward to intercept the falling objects in the premise of the principle of micro-reconstruction. The protective device was a composite bearing structure which was composed of support frame and steel wire, with the flexible plates covering on them. The solution can resolve the risk of falling objects effectively. Meanwhile, it has the advantages of less investment, short construction period, beautiful appearance and coordination.
