摘    要:为解决含风电互联电网中风功率预测与实际风功率之间存在的风功率偏差,以及负荷突增所造成的电网负荷频率波动的问题,研究并比较了现有解决方案,提出了一种干扰观测器与反馈控制器复合控制算法.该算法将风功率偏差以及负荷突增等视为集总干扰,设计干扰观测器估计集总干扰,并通过反馈控制器的设计抵消集总干扰的影响,并基于分离原理与线性矩阵不等式求取了观测器以及控制器设计参数,提出了算法定理并验证了稳定性.将所提算法与常用的比例积分微分(proportion intergration differentiation,PID)控制算法进行仿真比较,负荷控制算法对风功率偏差与负荷突增构成的集总干扰有着较强的抑制作用,且收敛速度更快,表现出较强的控制性能与鲁棒性.最后通过半物理实验进一步验证了所提算法的有效性与实用性.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of wind power deviation between the prediction of wind power and the actual wind power, and the load frequency fluctuation caused by the sudden increase of load. Existing solutions are studied and compared, a compound control algorithm of disturbance observer and feedback controller is proposed. The wind power deviation and sudden load increase are regarded as lumped disturbances in the algorithm. The disturbance observer is designed to estimate the lumped disturbance, and the influence of the lumped disturbance is eliminated by the design of the feedback controller. Based on the separation principle and linear matrix inequality, the design parameters of the observer and the controller are obtained. The algorithm theorem is proposed and the stability is verified. Compared with the PID control algorithm, the load control algorithm has a strong restraining effect on the lumped disturbance composed of wind power deviation and load sudden increase, and the convergence speed is faster, showing strong control performance and robustness. Finally, the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed algorithm are further verified by semi physical experiments.
