摘    要:城市建筑物的高度信息在城市灾害评估、资源监测、规划、城市经济活动中具有重要的参考和使用价值。以Quick-Bird影像为基准校准谷歌影像的空间坐标,通过控制点RMS值与建筑物高度的关系建立模型来反演建筑物的高度。结合影像测高数据和实测建筑物高度数据对估测结果进行分析。结果表明建立的模型使用参数少、精度较高、普适性强、量测简单,在高度测算方面有较大的实用潜力。

Abstract:The information of city building height has significant value in reference and use to urban disaster assessment, resource monitoring, urban planning and urban economic activities. The research uses QuickBird image as the base image to register Google Earth image, according to the established model based on the relationship between the RMS value of control points and building height, inversely calculates the building height and analyzes the estimation result combining with the image height data and measured building height data. The result shows that the established model has the characteristics of less parameter, high precision, much applicability and simple measurement and has practical potential in height measurement.
