摘    要:提出了计算具有大偏心度的同轴腔体内的场分布数值计算方法。利用算例对该方法与基于有限元方法的软件HFSS进行了比较。结果表明:在计算低阶模式时,两种方法所计算的结果具有很好的一致性,但现提出的方法所需的CPU时间及内存均远小于软件HFSS;而且,对于HFSS在PC机条件下难以计算的诸如频率达上百吉赫兹(GHz)和TE28,16,1之类的高阶模式,提出的方法却仍然有效。
