UG二次开发中截面惯性矩计算方法的研究

摘    要:针对复杂截面弯曲件成型中涉及的截面惯性矩计算问题,从惯性矩的定义出发,提出了一种求截面惯性矩的算法,即先求出过截面形心某一定轴的惯性矩和惯性积,然后利用转轴公式求得形心主惯性矩,再借助VC 开发平台,利用UG/Open API和MFC函数实现UG的二次开发。

Abstract:To solve the problem of calculating moment of inertia involved in complex bending parts die surface, the algorithm of cross-section moment of inertia is put forward, based on the definition of moment of inertia. Firstly find moment of inertia and product of inertia passing centroid, then determine principal moment of inertia by using rotation axis formula. And with the development platform of the VC, the second development of UG is realized by UG/Open API and MFC functions.
