摘    要:为了有效地评价油水乳化液的破乳效果,提出一种新方法,即通过微距数码相机离线拍摄乳化液微观图像,经图像处理及相关统计算法来分析分散相液滴的粒径大小及分布,由此判别乳化液的乳化或破乳效果。实验表明,该方法能有效地反映乳化或破乳过程。

Abstract:In order to effectively evaluate demulsification effect of w/o emulsion, a new method is put forward. By dealing with the emulision microgram off-linely shot by digital camera with micro-focus and with correlative statistical arithmetic, the dimension and distribution of dispersed droplet are analysed to estimate the emulsification or demulsification effect. The experiments show that this method can effectively reflect emulsification or demulsification process.
