| 摘 要： | 焊接残余应力对焊接构件的抗应力腐蚀性能有严重的影响.焊接后热处理是一种新的降低焊接残余应力的技术,使用焊接后热处理的方法,对三块20g试板分别采取在室温下进行焊后自然冷却、预热到400℃和500℃进行焊接焊后保温,然后用小盲孔法测量焊接残余应力,同时测定三块试板在不同腐蚀介质中的腐蚀速率.实验结果表明焊接后热处理能够有效降低焊接残余应力,并显著提高焊件的抗腐蚀性能.
