摘    要:为降低民航飞机在牵引车牵引转弯工况中与机场其他设备发生磕碰的事故率,提高民航牵引安全,基于PRT法(直角坐标-极坐标-切线法)建立了飞机—牵引车系统在牵引转弯工况下的运动学模型,采用MATLAB迭代计算并探究了民航飞机在牵引车牵引转弯工况中的运动轨迹特性及飞机前轮转角变化情况,分析了不同牵引车轴距和抱轮机构位置对于飞机运动轨迹及飞机前轮转角变化情况的影响。结果表明:减小牵引车轴距及前移抱轮机构位置可以有效提高飞机在牵引转弯工况中的转向灵活性和运行安全性,以供在实际生产及设计过程中参考。

Abstract:In order to reduce the accident rate of civil aircraft colliding with other equipment in the airport in the condition of tractor towing and turning, and to improve the towing safety of civil aviation, a kinematic model of the aircraft-tractor system under the condition of towing and turning was established based on the PRT(rectilinearcoordinate-polar coordinate-tangent method) method. MATLAB is used to iteratively calculate and explore the trajectory characteristics of civil aircraft and the change of the nose wheel angle of the aircraft in the tractor turning condition. The influence of different tractor wheelbase and wheel holding mechanism position on the trajectory of the aircraft and the change of the front wheel angle of the aircraft is analyzed. The results show that reducing the wheelbase of the tractor and the position of the forward-moving wheel holding mechanism can effectively improve the steering flexibility and operational safety of the aircraft in the towing turning condition, which can be used as a reference in the actual production and design process.
