摘    要:在科技发展与节能减排的大环境下,舒适性与节能性成为室内环境调控的重要目标。以北京市某大学办公区域为研究对象,以舒适性和节能性为室内环境调控的目标,提出了一种室内环境联控策略。该策略充分考虑当地气候环境特点,设置室内外环境交换的条件,基于热舒适度对室内环境进行调。通过实测环境数据以及EnergyPlus的能耗模拟对该策略进行了验证,同时针对不同的室内环境控制模式下北京地区夏秋两季办公室室内环境进行了舒适性与节能性的分析。结果显示所提出的室内联控策略在改善室内热环境与节能方面有一定的优越性,不仅满足了室内环境的舒适度需求,而且较普通温控策略累计节省约68%能耗,该策略为室内办公环境的舒适性和节能性协调控制提供了参考方案。

Abstract:With the development of science and technology and the environment of energy saving and emission reduction, comfort and energy saving become an important goal of indoor environmental control. Taking the office area of a university in Beijing as the research object, a joint control strategy of indoor environment was proposed with comfort and energy saving as the objective of indoor environment control. The strategy fully considers the characteristics of the local climate environment, sets the conditions of indoor and outdoor environment exchange, and adjusts the indoor environment based on the thermal comfort. This strategy was verified by the measured environmental data and energy consumption simulation of EnergyPlus, and the comfort and energy saving of indoor office environment in Beijing in summer and autumn under different indoor environment control modes were analyzed. The results show that the proposed indoor joint control strategy has certain advantages in improving indoor thermal environment and energy saving, which not only meets the comfort requirements of indoor environment, but also saves about 68% energy consumption compared with the common temperature control strategy. This strategy provides a reference scheme for the coordination control of indoor office environment comfort and energy saving.
