| 摘 要： | 重复交易模型是目前房地产价格指数编制中被普遍运用的一种方法，但是目前国内外关于重复交易模型的研究基本都是针对房产价格的，本文研究目的在于探讨运用重复交易模型编制地价指数的可行性，结果表明，重复交易模型在地价指数编制中可行，且将Hedonic模型与重复交易模型联合应用效果更好。

| Abstract: | repeated transaction model is widely used in compilation of the real estate price index , but the current domestic and international research on repeat business models are basically the price for the property, the purpose of this study is to investigate the preparation of land use repeat transactions index model feasibility, the results show that, the repeated transaction model in price index work out feasible, and use the hedonic price model and the repeated transaction model combine, the effect is better. |
