多级离心泵转子部件有限元分析

摘    要:使用ANSYS软件对一台多级离心泵的转子部件进行有限元分析,建立了转子部件的实体模型和有限元模型,对转子部件进行静力及模态分析.用两种方法对模型进行网格划分,对比研究了转子部件的无阻尼自由振动的固有频率和振型.初步探讨了流固耦合作用力对振动频率的影响,为多级泵的结构设计及校核提供依据.

Abstract:The FE analysis to the rotor of a multistage centrifugal pump has been studied based on the software ANSYS. The entity model and FE model of the rotor are built for the static and modal analysis. The model is meshed in two different ways, then the undamped free vibration on rotor is studied including the natural frequencies and mode shapes by comparison. Furthermore, the influence of the fluid-solid coupling action on vibration frequency is discussed. The research in this paper will provide evidence for the structural design and checking of the multistage centrifugal pumps.
