摘    要:CRH2型动车组三级检修过程中,牵引拉杆节点刚度检测占用了较多的检修时间。在300 km速度级动车组载荷条件下,对五级修运用之后的牵引拉杆节点和在此基础上进一步加速疲劳试验之后的牵引拉杆节点的静刚度变化进行了试验评估。结果表明,CRH2型动车组牵引拉杆节点满足三级修时取消刚度测试的要求,为检修规程的优化提供了科学的依据。

Abstract:During the three-level maintenance of CRH2 electrical multiple units (EMU), the static stiffness detection of the traction connecting-rod joints is time consuming. In this paper, the static stiffness variation rate of the traction connecting-rod joints was estimated by experiment. The research objects are the traction connecting-rod joiners after five-level maintenance and that after accelerated fatigue test further. The result illustrates that the statics stiffness detection of the traction connecting-rod joints of CRH2 EMU during the three-level maintenance can be cancelled. It provides scientific basis for maintenance schedule optimization.
