基于PUF和LFSR的RFID系统安全机制

摘    要:物理不可克隆函数技术是当今RFID系统安全技术领域的最新突破,特别是应用于低成本标签制作。本文就已提出的PUF系统的仲裁器做出了一些改进,采用两级触发器来提高系统的稳定性,并利用LFSR产生的伪随机序列来作为PUF的激励序列。本文对综合和布局布线后的晶体管级的电路做流片前的后端仿真,采用的是Silterra 0.13um的工艺库。实验结果表明:该方案硬件资源消耗少满足低成本RFID的要求,并且改进后的PUF系统的稳定性得到了提高。

Abstract:Nowadays physical unclonable function technology is the new breakthrough in the field of security technology for RFID system, especially applied to the low-cost tags. This paper has made some improvements on the arbiter of the proposed PUF system, which uses two levels of trigger to improve the stability of the system and uses the LFSR to generate the pseudo-random sequence as incentive sequence of PUF. This paper has done back-end simulation of the transistor level after synthesis and P&R, which uses the process library of Silterra 0.13 um. The experimental results show that the scheme can satisfy the requirement of low-cost RFID because of less hardware resource consumption, and the stability of improved PUF system has been improved.
