摘    要:巨型结构具有很大的整体稳定性和很高的结构效能,其主、子结构各自的受力特点决定了主、子结构的形式、建材、抗震性能要求等可以不同。利用该特点,以钢(型钢)混凝土建造巨型结构的主结构,轻钢构建子结构,形成不同于现有巨型结构和超高层混合结构的真正结构意义上的组合结构。为克服该新型组合结构体系中轻钢子结构过大的荷载响应,在子结构柱下设置夹层橡胶隔震支座,由此构成了巨-子组合减震结构。不同于已有的巨型框架多功能减振结构,本研究的建材不同,也更具实际工程意义。对依据该思想设计的一座70层超高层住宅做了多方案对比计算分析,得出一系列可供工程设计借鉴的结论。

Abstract:Mega structure possesses a great deal of overall stability and very high structure efficiency. Due to the respective mechanical behavior of main and sub structure, the form, building materials, and seismic performance requirements of main and sub structure can be different. By using this characteristic, a new composite structure which conforms to real engineering implication and differs from the existing mega structure and super high-rise composite structure is formed by using steel reinforced concrete to build main structure and using light steel to build substructure. In order to overcome the excessive load response of light steel substructure in the new mega composite structure system, the laminated rubber bearings are set under the column of the substructure, with the main and sub structure mentioned above, the mega-sub vibration-absorption structure is formed. Differs from the existing multifunctional vibration-absorption mega structure, the building materials in this study are also different, and possess more practical engineering implication. In this paper, a 70-storey super high-rise building is compared, calculated and analyzed in various structure schemes based on this structure concept, and a series of conclusions are drawn for the engineering design.
