爆破振动传播规律的实验研究

摘    要:根据场地爆破振动波的传播原理与耗散规律,设计了单孔爆破、双孔延期爆破和三孔延期爆破试验。首先研究了单孔爆破在控制药量变化和传播距离变化下的振速峰值变化规律,利用萨道夫斯基公式反推场地的爆破振动参数,通过爆破振动参数可以预测爆破施工中任意点的爆破振动速度峰值;其次通过单孔爆破数据比较分析了影响振速的因素,以此来修正理论计算的值;最后研究了双孔和三孔在不同延期时间下爆破,得出了爆破振动波的叠加规律;并通过分析延期与振速关系得出爆破最佳的延期时间。

Abstract:According to the rule of superimposing and dissipation of the blasting vibration wave, designing the experiment of single hole blasting, double delay blasting and three delay blasting. Firstly, the single hole blasting test can obtain the rule of the peak vibration velocity changes in the condition of controlling explosive weight and variation of the distance, using Sa Rodolfo J Ki formula to get the blasting vibration parameters, and using the blasting vibration parameters to predict the peak vibration velocity .Secondly, obtaining the influencing factors of the blasting effect by comparing the data of single hole blasting, in order to revise the result of theoretical calculation. Thirdly, studying the double holes and three holes blasting in the different delay-time , which can get superposition law of the blasting vibration wave, and obtain the optimal delay time through the analysis of the relationship between vibration velocity and delay-time .
