摘    要:为研究整车空调系统在不同工作模式下的流场分布情况,基于计算流体动力学方法,采用流体分析软件STAR-CCM+对空调系统除霜除雾及吹面模式下内部流场进行数值模拟,分析各风道出风量风量分配的合理性及前挡风玻璃速度分布的均匀性。结果表明:空调系统内部气流流动较顺畅,在除霜除雾模式工作时前挡玻璃A区、左右两侧窗驾驶员视野区的速度分布不理想;吹面模式下中间风道两出风口的速度及风量分配不均匀,影响了气流均匀性。针对速度分布不均、风量分配不均匀的问题提出了相应的优化方案,优化后前档风玻璃表面速度明显改善,侧窗玻璃表面速度略有提升,除霜性能满足国标要求;优化后各吹面风道风量分配更加均匀,有利于乘员舱的舒适性。研究结果可为整车空调系统风道的设计及优化提供仿真数据支撑及理论参考。

CFD Numerical Simulation Analysis of Vehicle Air-conditioning System Based on STAR-CCM+

Abstract:In order to study the flow field distribution of vehicle air conditioning system under different working modes, based on the computational fluid dynamics method, STAR-CCM+ is used to simulate the internal flow field of the air conditioning system in the defrosting-demisting mode and the blowing mode. The rationality of the air volume distribution of each air duct and the uniformity of the velocity distribution of the windshield are analyzed. The results show that the air flow in the air-conditioning system is relatively smooth, and the velocity distribution in the front windshield A area and the driver"s field of vision of the left and right windows is not ideal when the defrosting- demisting mode is on; the velocity and air volume distribution of the two outlets in the middle air duct are not uniform under the face blowing mode, which affects the air flow uniformity. In view of the uneven distribution of velocity and air volume, the corresponding optimization scheme is proposed. After optimization, the cell relative velocity of the front windshield is significantly improved, and the cell relative velocity of the side window glass is slightly increased and the performance meets the vehicle defrosting requirements of national standard ; after optimization, the air volume distribution of the air ducts at face blowing mode is more uniform, which is conducive to the comfort of the passenger compartment. The research results of this paper can provide simulation data support and theoretical reference for the design and optimization of air duct of vehicle air conditioning system.
