深圳赛格大厦异常振动成因分析

摘    要:2021年5月18—20日,深圳赛格大厦发生罕见异常振动。对造成此次异常振动的可能成因和赛格大厦周边可能存在的环境不利因素及其影响进行了分析和梳理。首先,依据振动的方向、方式以及群体振动或单体振动等特征区分在空间上是远因还是近因。其次,将频度较高的环境不利因素及其长期影响与建筑物突发振动之间可能存在的动力学和静力学关系作为主要线索,由此推断赛格大厦此次振动的可能成因。最后,建议重点关注建筑结构是否存在因风载和地层振动引发的疲劳内伤,以及大楼底部及相邻地层中是否存在局部水土流失并导致地基承载力的局部弱化。同时,给出了排查各个影响因素的具体方法及途径。

Abstract:The abnormal shaking of Shenzhen SEG Building occurred from May 18th to 20th, 2021. Probable sources which might cause the vibration and possible environmental disadvantages of SEG Building were analyzed and sorted out. Firstly, distance of the source was distinguished based on the directions and patterns of vibration, as well as features of group vibration or single vibration. Then the possible causes were determined based on the dynamics and statics relations between SEG buildings and the most frequently adverse environmental factors and their long-term impact. We suggest focus on whether fatigue damage is caused by wind load and ground vibration in the building structure and whether the foundation is weakened by soil erosion. The methods and approaches to inspect influence factors are given in detail.
